Though young and inexperienced, I had a clear vision of using real estate as a vehicle for long-term financial growth. My mother, a lifelong real estate investor, was my greatest mentor. She never worked a traditional W-2 job but instead built her wealth by investing in rental properties. Her journey is a testament to the power of real estate, and she continues to inspire me. In fact, at the age of 89, she purchased yet another property in 2022, paid cash for it, and began earning returns almost immediately. How remarkable is that?

While my first investment wasn’t successful—I didn't make money on it—it became the foundation for my education and growth in the real estate world. Today, I own a portfolio of rental properties that deliver strong cash-on-cash (CoC) returns. These investments have more than doubled in value, reinforcing my belief in the potential of real estate to create lasting wealth.
